Karoline Weidt (vocalist)

Karoline Weidt’s music captivates national and international jazz audiences. Her music is characterized by catchy melodies, sophisticated arrangements, and attention to detail. While her ethereal vocals float with ease, Karoline Weidt’s natural presence is at the center of the sound. She was honored with the BMW Young Artist Jazz Award from the City of Munich and the BMW Group in 2023, and her Karoline Weidt Quartet, founded in 2020, has also already won awards. In May 2023, Karoline Weidt will make her next strong statement with her debut album “Inviting” (Double Moon Records/Jazzthing Next Generation): featuring jazzy, catchy compositions, her crystal-clear voice, spectacular costumes, guest stars on vibraphone and trumpet, and a particularly personal touch. “Karoline Weidt is certainly one of the most promising singers currently available” (Oliver Hochkeppel, Süddeutsche Zeitung).Internet: www.karolineweidt.de https://www.instagram.com/karoline_weidt.
